How to Measure Your Ring Size
Method 1 — Use a Ring You Own
Place a ring that fits well on a ruler. Measure the inside diameter in millimeters, then match it to the chart above.
Method 2 — String or Paper Strip
Wrap a thin string or strip of paper snugly around your finger. Mark where it overlaps, then measure the length in millimeters — that's your circumference. Match it to the chart above.
Tips for Accuracy
Measure at the end of the day when fingers are at their largest.
Avoid measuring when your hands are cold — fingers shrink in low temperatures.
