退款政策
At Elara Bond, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We accept return requests within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:
- Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Items purchased on final sale or with a discount code of 50% or more
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons, once removed from original packaging)
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at cs@elarabond.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item and the issue
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
1. Email cs@elarabond.com with your order number and reason for return
2. Our team will respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions
3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days
REFUND METHOD
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company first. If you still have not received it, contact us at cs@elarabond.com.
