Thank you for shopping with Elara Bond. Below is everything you need to know about how we ship your order.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

SHIPPING TIMES

We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

- United States: 8–18 business days
- United Kingdom / Europe: 10–20 business days
- Australia / New Zealand: 10–20 business days
- Hong Kong / Macau / Taiwan: 5–12 business days
- Rest of World: 12–25 business days

Please note that these are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, public holidays, or carrier delays. During peak seasons (e.g., Christmas, Valentine's Day), please allow additional time.

SHIPPING COSTS

- Free standard shipping on all orders over $50 USD
- Orders under $50 USD: a flat shipping fee of $4.99 USD applies

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package via the carrier's website or through our order status page.

Please allow 3–5 business days after receiving your tracking number for the carrier's system to update.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If your package has not arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at cs@elarabond.com and we will investigate and offer a resolution.

We are not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at cs@elarabond.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We cannot guarantee address changes after this window.
